Jeannine Barry’s ‘Love Just Hurts’ out now!

The wonderful Jeannine Barry is back with a brand new single out today! ‘Love Just Hurts’ is a heartbreak track that sees Jeannine at her very best. Lyrics such as “I’ve been wondering why, should I call it time, is this game over? I’m barely sober, and you’re pulling me closer. Give me a reason why I should stick around, or should I be leaving you now?” tell the story of the song. Despite the heartbreak theme, the song has a nice tempo to it, alongside a catchiness that will have you reaching for that repeat button. Check the track out for yourself below:

 

Since the radio success of her last 2 singles Bittersweet and Sweet Spot, Jeannine and her band have played a host of live shows across the country, including Black Deer Festival and Europe’s largest Country festival, Country2Country, at the O2 in London. Jeannine also recorded a special ‘Under The Apple Tree’ session for BBC Radio 2’s Bob Harris.

‘Love Just Hurts’ will be supported by a host of live shows including Buryfields Festival, Green Meadows Festival and The British Country Music Festival with Ward Thomas, as well as a headline show in London.
