Vic Allen – Blinded

Vic Allen is an artist we’ve now featured a number of times, a singer songwriter that many of you will have come across on the brilliant ‘Write Like a Girl’ tour. 

The song was released back in August, but now Vic has produced a lyric video and it’s simply fantastic. The video is stylish from start to finish – lyric videos have come on leaps and bounds in recent years, and this is a fine example of one of the better ones.

Back in August we wrote this about Blinded:

‘The song was written in Nashville alongside local songwriter Ian McConnell and is the first release from Vic’s upcoming album. ‘Blinded’ is a song about a relationship which the singer, in hindsight, has realised is one that she should never have got involved in. The combination of Vic’s emotive and almost soulful vocals and the excellent songwriting make for an excellent start with Ginger Dog and I can’t wait to hear more.’
