Tiera – Wake Up Call

Tomorrow sees the release of ‘Wake Up Call’, the new single from the fantastic Tiera. The song was recorded at FAME studios in Muscle Shoals, Alabama, a studio where the likes of Aretha Franklin, Etta James and Jason Isbell have plied some of their trade. The song stems from a relationship Tiera had in high school, although there is a much wider message of independence and empowerment contained within the lyrics.

The moment the song starts you can’t help but fall for Tiera’s voice – it’s literally made for country music. And this fresh, up tempo number is one of those that will have you reaching for both the repeat and the volume buttons. This is a fantastic introduction to the talents of Tiera!
