Former The Saturdays singer Una Healy’s debut solo album ‘The Waiting Game’ has been two years in the making and it is well worth the wait.

The LP includes 12 original songs all co-written by the Irish star. The tracks are influenced by country, pop, and folk music and have a bit of a Shania Twain vibe.

The standout songs on the sublime record include ‘Stay My Love’, ‘Battlelines’, ‘The Waiting Game’, ‘Angel Like You’, ‘S.O.S, and ‘Staring At The Moon’.

‘S.O.S’ and ‘Battlelines’ are the two most pop infused tracks on the album and will no doubt go down very well with The Saturdays fans. While ‘Angel Like You’ will resonate and strike a chord with every single person in the world.

‘The Waiting Game’ is a wonderful debut release that puts Una Healy firmly on the map as a fully fledged country music star. The album makes for extremely easy listening and Una’s vocals are strong, clear and sweet.
