If you were to have a competition for the hardest working artist in country music, it’s a sure thing that Kerry Fearon would be high on the list of potential winners. As well as a successful recording career, Kerry also presents ‘Kerry’s Gold Country’, as well as a radio show – as well as a full time teaching role and school and study.
If you’re not already worn out by reading that, you’ll be delighted to hear that Kerry has a new single out – a cover of Ashley Monroe’s ‘If The Devil Don’t Want Me’. The original is just fantastic and Kerry’s version is every bit as good – those Irish vocals winning me over every time! The single was arranged and produced by Clive Culbertson at No Sweat Studios in Coleraine, and will appear on Kerry’s upcoming album of country classics and covers entitled ‘Honky Tonk Girl’.
