Road to C2C Festival #25 – Katy Hurt

If you want to see one of the real rising stars of the UK country scene at C2C, you simply have to go and see Katy Hurt this year. I’ve been lucky enough to see Katy appear live a number of times now and she seems to get better every time – she has a real stage presence and an incredible voice, a winning combination if ever there was one. Katy is also one of the hardest working artists on the scene, performing an incredible number of gigs in the last year or two.

Above you can see Katy perform ‘Ride Home’ at the excellent ‘Little Rabbit Barn’ venue – the song being the opening track of her ‘Pieces of Me’ EP released last year, which has now amassed more than 100,000 streams on Spotify!
