Hannah Johnson’s ‘Your Girlfriend Hates Me’ released on Monday

‘Your Girlfriend Hates Me’ is the first single from Hannah Johnson’s brilliant ‘Shaken’ album. The song has a real ‘jazz’ feel and was penned with her close friend Sarah Sharp (formerly of the Jitterbug Vipers). Obviously, the title gives away the subject matter and lyrics include ‘She’s shooting daggers at me through her false eyelashes, cos she don’t know how to keep her man’, while the mention of Jack Daniels in the song is always going to raise a smile from me. The song ends brilliantly when the singer delivers a killer punch!
