After months and month of rumours and speculation Shania Twain has finally confirmed the title of her first single in six years and has also announced the release date of her first album in fifteen years.
The 51-year-old country music legend has confirmed her new single will be titled ‘Life’s About To Get Good’, and she has also announced to the world that the track will be available to download this June. And that’s not all. Fans will finally get to hear a taste of Twain’s new music this week after she confided to Entertainment Weekly that she will be premiering the track on Saturday, April 29th at Stagecoach Festival.
Speaking about ‘Life’s About To Get Good’, “Shania said: I was at home looking out at the ocean and I said to myself, here I am stuck in this past of negativity, but it’s so beautiful out. I’m not in the mood to write a feeling sorry for myself song. You can’t have the good without the bad. And that’s what the song ended up being about”.
‘Life’s About To Get Good’ will be the first track lifted off Shania Twain’s upcoming fifth studio album which is due for release this September.
